I had an idea of adding the description of a Servicev Request (SR) in to the action log. The reason for this is that the description at the built in self-service portal in SCSM 2012 only displays the first three lines of the Service Request description.

The following Runbook will add the description at the action log so the whole description will be visibel to the user of the Self-Service Portal.

By adding an activity at the beginning of a SR that runs the Runbook above you will always display the whole description at the Self-Service Portal.
