This is an inplementation on how to get the Affected User from a System Center Service Manager Incident with System Center Orchestrator.
This is the Runbook I am using!
Start by getting the activity “Initialize Data” and then add an input of the Incident ID. Then add the “Get Object” SCSM activity and add the filter as the picture shows.
Get the relationship between the Incident and the Active Directory User or Group class.
On the link between the Get Relationship SCSM activity and the Get Object SCSM activity add the following Include and Exclude.
Add a Get Object SCSM activity and input the following.
At the Return activity add the Username of the user in the Get Object SCSM activity.
