Get Affected User from an Incident in Service Manager with Orchestrator

This is an inplementation on how to get the Affected User from a System Center Service Manager Incident with System Center Orchestrator.

This is the Runbook I am using!

Get Affected User from Incident1

Rundown

Start by getting the activity “Initialize Data” and then add an input of the Incident ID. Then add the “Get Object” SCSM activity and add the filter as the picture shows.

Get Affected User from Incident2

Get the relationship between the Incident and the Active Directory User or Group class.

Get Affected User from Incident3

On the link between the Get Relationship SCSM activity and the Get Object SCSM activity add the following Include and Exclude.

Add a Get Object SCSM activity and input the following.

Get Affected User from Incident6

At the Return activity add the Username of the user in the Get Object SCSM activity.
